We need to provide our customers with delivery methods that are economical, reliable, and efficient. To that end, MG Studio offer our customers United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority, Parcel Post & First Class Shipping. Which method is available to you, will depend on your shipping address and the weight of your package. All plans include tracking so that we can ensure that your package arrives intact and on time.
In-Store Pick Up
MG Studio does offer free in-store pick-up as a shipping option. We do ask that you wait for a notification that your order has been completed before attempting to claim your package and that you notify us if you are unable to pick your order up within a week of placing your order. Our pick up located inside of Directions Salon at 2548 Grand River Ave. Detroit, MI, 48204. Please be aware our location is also on the second floor. Unfortunately, Directions Salon is not handicap accessible. However, if you let us know before your pick up order notification, we will be honored to bring your order to your car.
We ship our orders out Wednesday through Friday, with the exclusion of national holidays. Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Though we will always pack and prepare wholesale orders for shipment within two business days, the speed of delivery will depend on your distance from our headquarters in Detroit, MI, and the Shipping Provider and Method that you select.

In Case of Error...
We use tracking information to provide you and us with real-time information on the status of your order. If you believe that your package has gone missing, please follow these troubleshooting steps before you contact MG Studio Customer Service: 1) Log in to your account on mgstudiosalon.com and go to View Order Status. Click on order you wish to track. The status of the order will be listed just below the order number and date. If it is marked as 'Shipped,' you can scroll to the bottom of the page to see a tracking number. Click on the tracking to see if your package is still in transit or if a delivery was attempted but not completed; 2) Check your invoice carefully to ensure that you entered your shipping address correctly. 3) Speak directly with your local mail carrier (not your post office)and inquire whether he or she recalls delivering the package to your doorstep. Mail carriers are the best source of information and the easiest way to obtain detailed information on your delivery; 4) Packages were sometimes in an unexpected location, e.g., in the mailbox when you were expecting them to be at the door or vice versa. Inspect the entire delivery area and front and back doors (if applicable)to make sure your package is not hiding in plain sight. If you have followed these recommendations and are still unsure of your delivery status, please email our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and any information you have regarding your attempts to verify the shipment address and delivery status of your order. We will contact you within one business day to assist you with your inquiry.
We believe in our products and confident that you will love them as much as we do. However, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion to us within 14 days of your initial purchase, and we will be happy to refund the purchase amount to your card or issue you a store credit for the purchase amount. Please note the following minor exceptions to our typically generous returns policy:
Unless a product is defective, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any open or used products.
We are unable to process a credit card refunds that occur more than 14 days from the date of purchase.
To help us expedite your return request, please follow the simple steps listed below.
1) Send an email at email@example.com to let us know that you plan to return the product.
2) Be sure to include your Order Number and to tell us if you prefer to have your return processed for store credit or as a credit back to the card on which you made the purchase. Please note: we are sorry, but we are not able to exchange one product for another.
3) We will reply to your email to confirm that we have received your request and to answer any questions that you may have.
4) Ship the items back to us, including your Order Number & Name with the items you wish to return. We cannot process a credit until the product is shipped back to us. Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit. After checking to be sure that your container is tightly sealed, we recommend enclosing it in a ziploc bag to prevent spillage during transit.

8) For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss.
We regret that return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance. Please see the Damaged Items information bellow.
Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.
Most refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Most exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via Parcel Post. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
Please note: Only products purchased through our online store, mgstudiosalon.com, may be returned for refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item purchased through a salon or other retailer, you should attempt to return it at the point of purchase. Most of our retailers have generous return polices and should be able to offer you either a full refund or an exchange.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
